Payment
At step 2 of the online ordering process you can enter your payment
and delivery details. We can accept payment by:
- Credit Card
Use this secure facility to send us your details
or just place your order and afterwards send CCard details by Post,
Fax or Phone. We can accept Mastercard, Visa and Bankcard.
- Cheque/ Aust. Money Order
Please make sure that all payments are in Australian Dollars.
Our Guarantee:
Trenigens will replace any faulty goods on return of the item within
14 days of the sale.
Returns/Refunds
If your goods are damaged or have defects on arrival, we will replace
the items free of charge. Simply return the defective goods within 14
days of reciept.
Privacy
Our site uses an email form for visitors to communicate with Trenigens
Dog Products.
You can receive news updates by checking the checkbox marked "join
our mailing list" on the email form.
Contact information from the form is used to send orders, news and information
about new products to our customers and subscribers. Contact
information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary.
Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out
