Delivery

We offer flexible payment arrangements. You can pay instantly via Credit Card (PayPal) or you can send a cheque or transfer funds electronically at a later date.

All orders are carefully checked and processed by the store owner. You will be advised if there appears to be any mistakes, or if there are any issues relating to your order.

Note the text box where you can enter further comments, instructions or questions you may have for the store owner.

PayPal

This is the fastest way to pay for your order. You dont need to have an acount with PayPal. You can send money to us at any time by depositing money to webpay [no-spam at] trenigens[ dot ]com.au - but please ensure that you have included enough detail (eg order number) so that we know what the payment is for.
PayPal has a facility to easily refund partial amounts of the payment, so any adjustments that may be needed (eg delivery charge refunds) are easily accomplished.

If you cannot complete the Paypal payment when prompted, you can simply close the screen and return to it another time. Your confirmation email contains a direct link to PayPal where you can resume your payment. You can also access a link to PayPal from within your order history (accessible after logging in with your username and password), and you can resume your payment.
 

Cheque / Money Order

This option allows you to complete the order in the shopping cart, but worry about payment method later. After the order is placed you can organise payment in any number of ways:

• Send us a Cheque or Money Order (in $Australian please)
• Call us and pay by your Credit Card over the phone.
• Fax us your Credit Card payment.
   

Bank Transfer or Deposit

With this option you can deposit the required payment directly into our bank account. Please ensure that you have included enough detail (eg order number) so that we know what the payment is for. Our banking details are displayed on the next (confirmation) screen as well as in your confirmation email.
