Delivery

Trenigens can deliver your orders anywhere in Australia, or to selected overseas countries.

Please contact us before ordering multiple dog crates or large amounts of bedding or for overseas (non Australian) orders. We will advise you of the likely delivery costs, and how to place your order.

Please select the appropriate delivery option when proceeding through the checkout.

All orders are processed manually by the store owner. You will be advised if there appears to be a mistake. You will also be refunded the difference if the actual delivery charge is significantly less than what is calculated by the shopping cart software.

We have no interest in making profit from delivery charges. We charge you only what it costs us. The calculations preformed by the software on this website should be considered a (pretty good) approximation.

Orders Within Australia

For leads and collars, the delivery charge is automatically calculated by Australia Post based on the delivery address that you supply, and the weight of the item/s. Please refer to the chart on the right to calculate your approximate delivery charge. You have the option of normal Parcel Post, or choose Express if you are in hurry.

Bedding and Dog Crates are calculated differently because they are very large and heavy compared to leads and collars.

If you order a mixture of items, choose the delivery option that corresponds to the bulkiest item - eg:

• some bedding and a collar, then please choose the Delivery for Bedding option.
• crate and some leads, please choose the Delivery for Dog Crates option.

Large or bulky orders - will be delivered by express courier. Please note that our courier cannot deliver to a PO box, so please make sure that you have provided a physical address.

*Dog Crates - freight is "at cost". If you are concerned about the freight costs for dog crates, then please enquire prior to placing your order. We will only charge you what it costs us.

Orders Delivered Outside Australia

Overseas orders are welcome, but you may need some assistance in ordering your products. Delivery prices to places outside Australia can vary greaty, so please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm the delivery costs.
